We combine these skills to deliver state-of-the-art design, expert project management and the highest quality construction to produce stunning facilities that exceed all expectations.
ITAB Interiors are experience in delivering projects with high levels of technical content. We employ a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, and work with architectural and engineering partners to deliver design and build. Alternatively we are happy to work with your professional team if they are already engaged in the project.
Space Planning
The ITAB design team will layout your office space to make it work effectively and prepare initial budgetary information. The space plan is determined by how much space is available and a number of factors that decide how much space you allocate to each person or team:
- Do they manage people
- Their seniority in the business
- Are they part of a team
- Team function
- The role they undertake
- The type of existing or new furniture
- The culture/nature of the business
- The use of the space i.e. printing or scanning
- Client areas
- Traffic flow
Designing the Interior
With the space plan agreed, the designers will help you to decide on the look and feel of the space and choose furniture by producing 3D visuals and arranging visits to furniture showrooms. Whether you choose traditional, contemporary, sophisticated or minimalist our team will produce a design that inspires you.
Fitting out the Building
The landlord and statutory approvals such as building regulation are obtained by us on your behalf. We also ensure that all of your obligations under Health & Safety legislation are fulfilled. The fit-out team is controlled by a project manager who organises the construction process, installation of all mechanical and electrical systems, the IT infrastructure and the furniture
Moving In
The project team work with you and help you to crate and label existing belongings ready for the move. Layout drawings with each person’s name on it are produced. All items are labelled and our project team are there to help with every step.
Handover
Finally, we present you with an electronic copy of finished drawings, specifications and all of the manufacture manuals containing details of how everything works and should be maintained. We also provide ongoing support through the ITAB support desk so you know who to call if there are any minor problems. We are with you long after the handover.
Warranty and after-sales
ITAB Interiors offer a twelve month warranty period. Every project is guaranteed against defects in construction or design for a period of one year from completion. This warranty is supported by the ITAB UK call desk, who operate from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. This can be extended by arrangement. We will respond to any problem within an agreed number of hours. The service levels for this, and the items covered, are fully documented in the proposal presented to you at the outset.
Office Furniture
ITAB Interiors are an independent office furniture supplier offering a range of workstation systems to suit your office environment, working practices, budget and aesthetics. We also offer a bespoke joinery service and can create any furniture or fittings that are required.We have exceptional knowledge of all manufactures of office furniture and have a portfolio of the best office furniture from the UK, Europe and USA, including desk and team seating ranges, executive furniture, boardroom and meeting furniture. We have arrangements with leading office furniture designers such as Herman Miller and Vitra, Orangebox and Giroflex, Humanscale, Komfort and Bisley.
We are adept at developing furniture and storage solutions from standard products, customised to meet the particular needs of clients as well as tailored and bespoke office furniture. Our in-house furniture designers will create one-off reception desks and boardroom tables and a range of meeting room office furniture to inspire employees and clients.
